PLEXR (PLASMA-EXERESI)
Plexr differs from any laser or radiofrequency instrument both for its mechanism of action and for its therapeutic response, indeed it is not a laser, a radio scalpel, or radiofrequency equipment, but a device that generates Plasma. It is extremely safe, precise and non-invasive. It does not release heat in the areas surrounding the treated area and works exclusively on the patient’s epidermis, without going beyond the basal lamina or causing damage to the dermis.
What does “generating plasma” mean?
It means that through a physical process called SUBLIMATION, it determines the passage of air directly from the solid state to the gaseous state, skipping the liquid phase, through the ionisation of the gases present in the space between the tip of the instrument and the tissue to be treated.
PLASMA therefore, from a physical point of view, represents the fourth state of matter, a sort of “liquefied gas”, an “ionised gas”, in which ions meet in the free state, giving rise to the formation of an “active ray of micro-plasma which, thanks to the difference in electromagnetic potential between the tip of the handpiece and the human tissue, “de-structures” the components of the epidermis, the keratinocytes.
It can be said that an amount of energy is produced that selectively reaches the right depth of the dermis, without irradiation (laser/pulsed light) or electric shock (electrosurgical unit/current), with consequent immediate contraction and reorganization of the collagen fibres and formation of much more resistant new collagen.
During the treatment, a small amount of smoke is produced as a result of the sublimation process, a scab forms on the treated part, which falls off after about a week, leaving no bruises or scars.
Plexr consists of 3 handpieces that allow it to be used in various fields of application in Aesthetic Medicine:

6. treatment of scars and acne, both in the active phase and not

8. elimination of any benign dermatological formation (warts, fibroids, keratoses, xanthelasmas …), whatever its fibrotic or vascular basis …
It is possible to work on any body tissue, including mucosa, cartilage, areas with hair, with no fear of causing scars or damage to adjacent tissues.
PLEXR (PLASMA-EXERESI)
Il Plexr si differenzia da qualunque strumento laser o radiofrequenza sia per meccanismo d’azione che per risposta terapeutica, infatti non è un laser, né un radio bisturi, né un’apparecchiatura di radiofrequenza, ma un dispositivo che genera Plasma, estremamente sicuro, preciso e non invasivo, non rilascia calore nelle aree circostanti la zona trattata e lavora esclusivamente sull’epidermide del paziente, senza oltrepassare la lamina basale o causare danni a livello del derma.
Cosa vuol dire che “genera plasma”?
Significa che attraverso un processo fisico che si chiama SUBLIMAZIONE, determina il passaggio dell’aria direttamente dallo stato solido allo stato gassoso, saltando la fase liquida, attraverso la ionizzazione dei gas presenti nello spazio tra la punta dello strumento e il tessuto da trattare.
Il PLASMA quindi, dal punto di vista fisico, rappresenta il quarto stato della materia, una sorta di “gas liquefatto”, un “gas ionizzato”, in cui gli ioni si incontrano allo stato libero, dando luogo alla formazione di un “raggio attivo di micro-plasma che, grazie alla differenza di potenziale elettromagnetico tra la punta del manipolo e il tessuto umano, “destruttura” i componenti dell’epidermide, i cheratinociti.
Si può dire che viene prodotta una quantità di energia che raggiunge in maniera selettiva la giusta profondità del derma, senza irradiazione (laser/luce pulsata) o scossa elettrica (elettrobisturi/corrente), con conseguente immediata contrazione e riorganizzazione delle fibre collagene e formazione di nuovo collagene molto più resistente.
Durante il trattamento si produce un fumo visibile come risultato del processo di sublimazione, con la formazione di una crosticina sulla parte trattata, che cade dopo circa una settimana, senza lasciare ematomi o cicatrici.
È composto da 3 manipoli che ne consentono l’utilizzo in diversi campi d’applicazione nell’ambito della medicina estetica:
- ringiovanimento periorbitale, ovvero palpebra superiore e inferiore (la cosiddetta BLEFAROPLASTICA NON CHIRURGICA)
- ringiovanimento periorale (codice a barre)
- rughe e lassità cutanea del collo
- rughe delle guance (micropeeling)
- trattamento di discromie (iperpigmentazioni o ipopigmentazioni)
- trattamento di cicatrici e dell’acne, sia in fase attiva che non
- trattamento di striature e cicatrici (soprattutto ipertrofiche)
- eliminazione di qualunque formazione dermatologica benigna (verruche, fibromi, cheratosi, xantelasmi…), qualsiasi sia la sua base fibrotica, vascolare…
È possibile lavorare su qualunque tessuto dell’organismo, incluse mucosa, cartilagine, zone con peli e/o capelli, senza aver timore di produrre cicatrici o danni ai tessuti adiacenti.
